Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

The outer layer is a soft fabric with a velvet finish and a subtle matte shine, thanks to a special impregnation resistant to water and wind. The interior is lined with thick, milky fur - ecological, soft to the touch and perfectly retaining heat. The jacket is breathable, which prevents overheating, and is suitable for temperatures down to -20°C .
The high, adjustable collar protects against wind and drafts. The hidden Velcro fastening in the sternum area makes it easy to put on the jacket quickly and allows for a perfect fit. The elegant CHOUCHOU embroidery on the back adds a unique character to the whole.

To choose the right size, measure the length of your dog's back - from the middle of the neck to the base of the tail:
