Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

"Caviar Terra" collar - modern technology, handcraft and luxurious design
The "Caviar Terra" collar is a proposal from the new collection that combines modern technology with classic craftsmanship. It was created in cooperation with specialists in veterinary and canine medicine to ensure maximum comfort, safety and style during everyday walks.
Made entirely by hand from soft, textured flotar leather from Italy. This leather has been covered with an innovative high-tech coating that protects it from moisture and makes it water-repellent, making it ideal for spring and summer walks.
The finish is solid brass fittings of Czech production and a strong polypropylene rope, ensuring not only aesthetics, but also high durability and safety of use.
