Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Pure Neuseeland is an easily digestible, complete wet food specially designed for dogs with a sensitive digestive system. It contains 67% lamb meat and offal - including lungs, muscle meat, liver and hearts - providing only animal protein. The recipe does not contain soy, grain or any plant additives, which makes it friendly to the stomach and intestines.
Thanks to the addition of vitamins and minerals, the food supports the health and immunity of the dog, providing balanced nutrition every day. The presence of drinking water in the recipe (32.8%) gives the food natural moisture and increases its palatability.
Ideal for serving as a stand-alone meal or in combination with the Happy Dog Flocken Mixer vegetable and cereal mix. It can also be used interchangeably with Happy Dog Sensible Neuseeland dry food (Lamm & Reis), providing your dog with varied and well-tolerated meals.
