Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensitive Puppy & Junior Lamb and Rice is a complete wet food designed for puppies and young dogs from 8 weeks of age. Contains 61% meat and animal products, including 8% delicate lamb, which provides high quality protein, well tolerated even by sensitive dogs.
The recipe has been enriched with easily digestible rice, powdered eggshells as a source of natural calcium, oils (rapeseed and salmon), as well as natural additives supporting digestion and immunity, such as psyllium, chicory, chamomile, birch leaves and yeast. Thanks to this, the food supports the harmonious development, healthy digestion and well-being of the dog.
The product does not contain gluten, artificial preservatives or colors, making it a suitable choice for puppies with sensitive digestive systems. It can be used as a main meal or part of a mixed diet with dry food.
