Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog NaturCroq XXL is a natural, complete food created especially for adult dogs of large breeds. Thanks to the extra large kibbles, the food has been developed to prevent too rapid swallowing, which is a common problem in larger dogs.
The recipe based on high-quality animal proteins, regional whole grains and valuable herbs supports the health, digestion and good physical condition of the dog. The content of nutrients has been optimally adapted to the energy needs of large breeds, making this food ideal for both active and moderately active dogs.

Nutritional recommendations:
Serve dry or after pouring fresh, heated water (approx. 60°C). In case of additional serving of snacks or supplements, the daily portion of food should be reduced. The dose of food can be reduced by up to 15% if the dog tends to be overweight. Provide the dog with constant access to fresh water.
