Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog NaturCroq Rind & Reis 11 kg is a complete, natural dry food for adult dogs of all breeds, developed for everyday, healthy nutrition. The croquettes baked in Bavaria contain high-quality local beef as the main source of protein and easily digestible rice , which supports digestion and provides energy.
The food has been enriched with whole grains , which are a valuable source of dietary fiber - they regulate intestinal function, support intestinal microflora and provide a feeling of satiety. Cereal products also provide B vitamins, magnesium, iron, selenium and complex carbohydrates.
The formula is enriched with local herbs , such as parsley, cress, sunflower or green oats, which support the metabolic processes and natural immunity of the dog. The recipe does not contain artificial preservatives or added sugar and is perfect for dogs with a normal level of activity.
It can be served both dry and in the form of a paste after pouring warm water over it.
