Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog fit & vital Maxi Adult is a complete, dry food developed especially for adult dogs of large breeds (from 26 kg). Its recipe is based on five sources of protein - salmon, sea fish, eggs, lamb and poultry - to provide a variety of and easily digestible amino acids.
The wheat-free formula is easily digestible and enriched with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which care for a shiny coat and healthy skin. Additionally, the New Zealand mussel supports joints, and the XL kibbles are adapted to the needs of large dogs.
