Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog fit & vital Maxi Adult is a complete, dry food designed for adult dogs of large breeds (from 26 kg). Its unique recipe is based on five sources of protein - salmon, sea fish, eggs, lamb and poultry - which provide the dog with all the necessary nutrients.
The food is easily digestible, does not contain wheat and supports healthy skin, coat and joints. The omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids contained in it come from sunflower and rapeseed oil. The XL kibbles are specially adapted to large dogs and prevent swallowing the food without chewing.
