Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Happy Dog Sensible Canada is a high-quality grain-free dry food for adult dogs of medium and large breeds. It contains a unique composition of animal proteins: salmon, rabbit and lamb, enriched with potatoes as an easily digestible source of carbohydrates. The recipe was developed for active dogs that need a higher dose of energy and excellent body support.
Thanks to the presence of New Zealand mussel, the food supports healthy joints, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids help maintain healthy skin and a shiny coat. Carefully selected plant ingredients and herbs support digestion and immunity.

Nutritional recommendations:
The food can be served dry or after pouring warm water (approx. 60°C) and waiting a few minutes. The recommended daily portion should be adjusted individually, depending on the age, weight and activity level of the dog. Provide constant access to fresh water.
