Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.

How to use:
Use 1-2 times a week for 10-20 minutes on dry fur. For best results, bathe and dry your cat. Brush in the direction of hair growth, avoiding pressure, especially around the belly, legs and tail. Before use, make sure the coat is free of knots and skin wounds.
To clean the blade, press the FURejector® button and lock the protective cover.
