Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).

The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.

ECTO CHOC PARASITES Spray by FRANCODEX is an immediate-acting preparation for fleas, ticks and other external parasites, suitable for dogs and cats. How to use:
Spray the animal’s body from a distance of approximately 20 cm, avoiding the eyes and mucous membranes.
For heavy infestations, use 3–6 sprays per kilogram of body weight, taking into account the length and density of the coat.
After a few minutes, brush or towel the animal to remove parasites.
If necessary, repeat the treatment after a week.
