Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Natural collar for large breed dogs, effectively repelling fleas and ticks. Contains margosa extract and lavender oil, which provide protection for up to 4 months. Safe for puppies from 3 months of age and pregnant and nursing bitches. Adjustable length up to 75 cm ensures a comfortable fit.

Composition:
Margosa extract 4.5-4.8 g/100 g, lavender oil 5 g/kg
How to use:
Adjust the collar length to your dog's neck, leaving a little slack. Secure the clasp and cut off any excess. Wash your hands after putting it on. Do not use on puppies under 2 months of age.
