Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Thanks until 60% of the content of fresh turkey meat from local sources, the product is characterized by excellent absorption and exceptional delicacy - also for picky dogs.
Addition red lentils It provides a solid dose of fiber and valuable minerals supporting digestion and metabolism. On the other hand Water eyelash (lemna) This is an innovative ingredient rich in natural Omega-3 fatty acids, positively affecting the skin, hair and immunity.
The food is also included in the composition spirulina, thyme and berries, which are a source of antioxidants that help protect cells from oxidative stress and support healthy metabolism. The whole is complemented by vegetables and fruits such as pumpkin, carrots or apples, which naturally enrich the daily diet of the dog.
The food does not contain cereals, potatoes, meat in the form of flour or GMOs. Recommended especially to dogs with a tendency to overweight or requiring an easily digestible diet.
