Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.

Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

Cat Activity Hide'n'Sniff Bowl is an interactive educational bowl for cats, designed to develop their sense of smell and cognitive abilities. Inside the bowl there are soft fleece fringes , between which you can hide treats. Thanks to this, the cat has to engage in searching, sniffing and figuring out how to get a reward. It is a great combination of fun and mental stimulation.
The toy allows you to gradually increase the level of difficulty - just wrap the treats more carefully in the fringes to make the game more demanding. The rubber base prevents the bowl from slipping, which ensures stability during use. The fringes are machine washable (up to 30°C) , and the bowl is dishwasher safe, which makes it very practical for everyday use.
