Policy of returns and a refund
Return possible within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be new, unused, in the original package.
The return covers only the product value - shipping costs are not returned.
Returns are not accepted for hygiene products after opening (e.g. bowls, brushes).
We accept complaints within 14 days - please send a description, photos and order number at support@zoogalaxy.store.
The refund takes place after receiving and positive verification of the product.
Shipping policy
Order processing time: 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery time: 2-4 working days in the EU, depending on the country and the carrier.
The cost of delivery is visible when placing the order.
If the package is not collected or an incorrect address, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
After shipping, we provide tracking number if the carrier allows it.
We send to EU countries. The customer is liable for any customs fees or taxes.

"BioThane" guard harness - resistance, comfort and modern design
The "BioThane" guard harness is a combination of functionality, aesthetics and the highest quality materials. Designed for everyday walks, dynamic play and activity in all weather conditions.
Made of original BioThane® tape, which combines the advantages of leather and plastic - it is waterproof, flexible, exceptionally durable and pleasant to the touch. The construction of the guard harness does not burden the dog's spine, and thanks to the appropriate arrangement of the tapes, it does not cause abrasions in the armpit area.
Each model is handcrafted in Poland, in our workshop, with attention to every detail. The brass fittings used, cast in the Czech Republic, guarantee reliability and durability even with intensive use.
The harness is easy to keep clean – just wipe it with a damp cloth, no drying required. It is perfect for running, walking in the forest, and playing by the water.
